SCT pumps are horizontally axially split casing, single stage pumps. SCT pumps are either double suction or single suction pumps with a horizontal shaft and detachable stuffing box. The impeller is accurately balanced by a double or single suction.

    Yes, the warranty for your replacement will be the same as your initial product.

  2. Can I replace the product delivered to me?

    Of course, a product can be returned but only under the following circumstances:

    1. Product is physically damaged/defective
    2. Varies from the description on the website
    3. Wrong item delivered

  3. Can I accept the package after checking the contents inside it?

    Sorry, as per company policy, a package can’t be opened before delivery is accepted. But you can accept the package & get in touch with us later in case you have any concerns.

  4. How long it takes to deliver the Order?

    The Product will be delivered to you as per the TAT displayed on the basis of pin code shared. Please note, the above delivery time is excluding Sundays, public & statutory holidays.
