Kirloskar UP series are horizontal split casing type pumps with suction, discharge nozzles and their supporting feet integrally cast in the lower half casing. This construction enables to remove the rotating unit for inspection and repairs by just removing upper half casing and without disturbing alignment, pipe connection or prime mover.

  1. What is the warranty for the replacement I got? Will it be the same as the initial product?

    Yes, the warranty for your replacement will be the same as your initial product.

  2. Can I replace the product delivered to me?

    Of course, a product can be returned but only under the following circumstances:

    1. Product is physically damaged/defective
    2. Varies from the description on the website
    3. Wrong item delivered

  3. Can I accept the package after checking the contents inside it?

    Sorry, as per company policy, a package can’t be opened before delivery is accepted. But you can accept the package & get in touch with us later in case you have any concerns.

  4. How long it takes to deliver the Order?

    The Product will be delivered to you as per the TAT displayed on the basis of pin code shared. Please note, the above delivery time is excluding Sundays, public & statutory holidays.
